Investment Criteria

The Fund will invest in companies in which women have an influential role and which meet at least one of the following criteria at the time of investment:

The business must be scaleable.
The company is led, directed or substantially managed by one or more women; or
The company is involved with a product or service which is of social, economic, commercial or financial relevance exclusively or primarily to women.
