"Pioneers in the dynamic marketplace for women-focused enterprise"

We have launched our second Trapezia fund, the Trapezia EIS II Fund, to maintain StarGate’s position as pioneers in the dynamic market for women-focused enterprise and thought leaders in this field. The Fund will invest solely in businesses where women have an influential role. Our key criteria cover companies that are:

• led, directed or substantially managed by one or more women; or
• involved with a product or service which is of social, economic, commercial or financial relevance exclusively or primarily to women.

The Fund will invest in a portfolio of EIS Qualifying Companies. Such companies have to be headquartered in the UK but changes to current legislation may be introduced to include European Union based companies. The Fund will consider proposals at all phases of business development – early-stages, capital expansions, mature businesses engaged in MBOs and MBIs.
